Solar panels

One of the first measures we took a few years ago was the installation of solar panels, solar energy, with which we heat the swimming pool in the winter months, we also installed low- flow showers and toilets in all the rooms of the hotel, thus contributing to saving water, a very scarce commodity on the island and the whole world.

LED lighting

Another measure that was applied in the Hotel was to change all the lighting to Led lights that added to the use of air conditioning allows it to work only when doors and windows are closed, and also allows to implement the control of electricity through the use of the room card, in this way, our hotel contributes to the use of energy in an efficient way.

Pool Bar

In the Pool Bar we have made some changes such as serving our breakfasts ”A la Carte” in this way we minimise the waste generated by leftover food.

The glasses (for consumption outside the bar) and the straws are made of cardboard, to reduce the consumption of plastic, a material that as we know is very harmful to our planet.

Recycling

As for recycling, in addition to the set of measures established in the Pool Bar on a daily basis, we have installed recycling bins inside the hotel so that our guests can collaborate with recycling and at the same time become aware of it.

Feeding

At Suite Hotel Montana Club we have become aware of the change in eating habits that is taking place in society and for this reason we have included some vegan and vegetarian dishes in our Pool Bar menu in order to adapt to all the needs of our guests and to promote healthier and more sustainable eating habits.

Vegetation

As a small claim to sustainability and without losing our essence, the plants that are in and around the hotel are native, with a variety of cactus, chosen for the small amount of water they require for their conservation, in this way we collaborate a little more with the protection of our planet.
